Refund Policy

All Aurinko Art products are made-to-order print on demand items, printed individually for each order. Therefore, these products are subject to the exception to the right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)).

We do not accept returns or cancellations, as each product is manufactured specifically based on your order.

Exceptions — we will offer a replacement or refund if:

• The product arrives defective or damaged
• The product is incorrect (different from what was ordered)
• The product is lost in transit

In case of a complaint, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at nelliaurinkoart@gmail.com and include a photo of the defective product.
